Our services will refund if our technicians fail to determine the issue in your computer within 15 days since the membership started. And in a chance that you ask for the refund, you have to compose an email to us stating your name, details of the plan purchased, and the reason for seeking the refund. We will reply to you within 3 to 5 business days regarding the matter.
Before the refund procedure, we will forward your request to our senior Experts. And if you are still not fulfilled by our assurance and commitment and need return, in such case it will be determined that the product or service offered to you is defective. Then, we would accept the cause and refund money to customer’s bank account or credit card or PayPal account whichever was applicable at the time of purchase.
The percentage of the refundable amount will be decided after deduction of service fees and other calculations according to purchased products. All refunds would be credited in customer account within 7-10 working days after acceptance of Refund request.
